Today, CARE focuses on empowering particularly marginalised and vulnerable women in Cambodia, including urban women who are marginalised by occupation, rural women who are denied multiple rights, and women and girls from ethnic minorities.
CARE is seeking a qualified national candidate to fill the position of Senior Program Manager-Socially Marginalised Women (SPM-SMW) based in Phnom Penh with frequent travel to project sites.
Salary Range: $1720 - $1832

II- SELECTION CRITERIA:
Minimum Masters’ Degree in management, international development or equivalent and/or minimum 5 year’s relevant work experience, preferably with an International Non-Government Organisation (INGO);
Demonstrated experience in providing strategic direction and operational experience to field operations
Excellent knowledge of INGOs within the Cambodia context and has a clear understanding of grants and projects;
Proven experience in project and financial management in a complex donor environment;
Proven experience in building and maintaining effective networks with all stakeholders;
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams in culturally diverse environments;
Demonstrated experience in effectively leading, people management and motivating a team;
Proven high level organisational and time management skills, including the ability to plan and manage workflows and balance competing priorities to ensure timely processing and to meet deadlines in a complex environment;
Demonstrated critical and analytical thinking, judgement, problem solving, decision making and influencing skills;
Demonstrated honesty, maintaining confidentiality, reliable and integrity;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent written and spoken English; and

Public Holiday: CARE Cambodia the mandated public holidays (22) based on the Prakas by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training.
Time Off In Lieu: CARE Cambodia promotes a healthy work and life balance and does not encourage employees to work outside normal working hours. If those employees have to work during the weekend or public holidays due to requirements, he/she will be entitled to Time off in Lieu.

Remote Duty Station Allowance: Giving an understanding on some challenges facing by staff that moving to field offices at north eastern provinces, CARE Cambodia provides extra allowance to staff who has no permanent address at filed offices.
