CARE’s local partner People Health Development Association (PHD) were an important part of the Promoting the Safety of Women Workers in the Beer Industry project, funded by the UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women. The provided training and awareness raising to thousands of university students, helping men to learn more about the effects of gender-based violence.
